Lodge Lawn
Located beside the Lodge, this intimate lawn of approximately 1,079 square feet offers convenient access to indoor space and views of the estate’s water features. Ideal for a small outdoor ceremony, also accommodates a seated dinner for up to 75 guests or a reception for up to 125.
Lakeside Lawn
A level, open lawn with full sun and no shade trees, offering a beautiful lakeside backdrop for an outdoor ceremony or celebration. With seating for up to 200 guests, this setting provides an expansive view of the water and surrounding landscape.
Crooked Oaks Lawn
Shaded by the mature oak trees that inspired the estate’s name, this level lawn offers views of the pond and gazebo, with convenient access to the Lodge and Pavilion. An inviting setting for a wedding gathering of 100–150 guests, it is well suited for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour.
Japanese Maple Garden & Waterfall
For couples seeking an intimate gathering, our Japanese Maple Garden offers a private setting surrounded by Camellias and Japanese Maples encircling the shaded lawn, creating a distinctive garden backdrop for a ceremony seating 12 guests.
Stone Patio
Adjacent to the Breezeway, near both the Lodge and Pavilion, the patio with fire ring encircled with seating is a transitional space for guests to gather.
The Pavilion
A lighted, 10,000-square-foot pavilion provides a spacious setting for meetings, wedding receptions, and other celebrations, with flexible layouts to suit a wide variety of events. Amenities include ADA-accessible restrooms, a double-sided stone fireplace, deluxe wind curtains, two monitors for displaying presentations or visuals, and a raised entertainment area for a band or DJ.
The Breezeway
Transformed from the estate’s former equestrian quarters, the Breezeway offers a welcoming setting for rehearsal dinners and intimate celebrations, with seating for up to 64 guests or cocktail-style gatherings of 75. Conveniently located near the catering kitchen and Pavilion, it also serves as a sheltered alternative with ceiling fans for events planned on the Lodge Lawn.
